Federal authorities captured Jair Francisco Patrón in Tepotzotlán, state of Mexico, The H4leader of cells of the Beltrán Leyva cartel in various entities, who has an arrest warrant for the purpose of extradition to the United States for the crimes of drug trafficking, criminal association, against health, use of firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force, as well as operations with resources of illicit origin.
The detainee is the son of Juan Francisco Patrón Sánchez, The H2who was “one of the main leaders of drug trafficking in Mexico” and who was killed by Navy personnel on February 10, 2017 in Tepic, Nayarit.
The H2 He operated for the Beltrán Leyva cartel and after his death his son assumed leadership of criminal cells in Mexico City and the states of Guerrero, Morelos and Jalisco.
Likewise, the federal government extradited an operator of the Sinaloa cartel to the United States and, in actions against organized crime carried out in the municipalities of Culiacán and Navolato, 18 members of that same criminal organization were arrested.
The extradited person was Marco Antonio López Guerrero, who will face criminal proceedings before the Federal Court for the Southern District of California for the crimes of criminal association, against health, attempt to export defense articles without a license and weapons smuggling from the United States.
Two arsenals seized
