Police arrested two men, including an eyewitness to the last minutes of the 3-year-old girl, a victim of abuse and crime. She unofficially spoke with the investigation staff and gave chilling details of what happened.
Deputy Commissioner David Delgado, Deputy Chief of the Homicide Department, confirmed the arrest of Milciades Javier Cristaldo Mongelós, who had an arrest warrant for sexual abuse of children, for another case, and Jorgelino Guanes Benítez, with a history of sexual coercion and family violence.
“We arrested an eyewitness of what happened, we strengthened the hypothesis and added other new elements, he provided interesting data, but he said he had no participation,” said the deputy commissioner, in an interview with Abc Tv.
In a spontaneous conversation with the Police, Cristaldo Mongelós recounted that, that night he was with the mother of the minor, a certain Lino, a minor and Julio César in a mouth of smoke. “At one point, the mother, under the influence of drugs, wanted to continue consuming and sold the creature,” detailed.

The witness maintained that he did not participate in the event and that he only saw everything that happened. After completing the sale, they moved to a house where the abuse and death of the little girl materialized.
“He mentioned that the body was bathed or at least wet to make the evidence of the fact disappear. Those who committed the abuse are the ones who killed her, she does not mention how they killed her, only that at a given moment she realized that she was already lifeless.”the deputy chief commented.
The event happened in the early hours of Friday, April 21 in Pedro Juan Caballero, where a woman initially reported the disappearance of her daughter, but it was finally discovered that the main person involved was her. The little body was found on Saturday afternoon.
