Simón Bolívar Training Ship arrived this Saturday in Havana

The Simón Bolívar School Ship arrived this Saturday at the port of Havana, Cuba, as part of the activities it undertakes since last aprilwhen he sailed from Venezuela.

According to a dispatch from Latin Pressthe ship, also known as the Ambassador Without Borders, fired 21 salutes to the nation of Cuba, which was answered by an artillery battery of the Revolutionary Armed Forces from the San Carlos de la Cabaña fortress.

He was received by the captain of the ship and deputy chief of the Revolutionary War Navy, José Luis Souto Galindo, together with representatives of the Venezuelan embassy in Havana.

During their stay in Cuba, the Venezuelan sailors will carry out a program of activities that includes courtesy visits to the head of the Revolutionary Navy, the Governor of Havana and tours of places of historical and cultural interest.

It should be remembered that there are five ports where the Simón Bolívar School Ship will stop.

After Cuba, it is expected to make its stop in the port of Veracruz, Mexico, where it will be from May 26 to 30.

Later, Puerto Progreso will go, also in Mexico, from June 5 to 9.

The last stop will take place in Colombia from June 25 to 29
