Colonel Morales Herrero denounces complicity of DNCD officers in drug trafficking

He assured that the audios were created with the Pegasus application, which they used illegally to intercept their phone which sends that they have nothing criminal against them to submit it to justice.
He said that these officers put themselves in Contubernio with a drug trafficker to link him illegal and external actions of the DNCD.
Morales Herrero insisted that he not only notified the Attorney General’s Office of the situation, if not President Luis Abinader himself, in his status as commander in chief of the Armed Forces.
Intimate to ethics
Colonel Rafael Antonio Morales Herrero said that he intimidated the General Directorate of Government Ethics and Integrity on what allegedly officials of the DNCD would be facilitating drug trafficking operations in ports and airports, which motivated that these members of the agency will act against them.
