SID Group signed a collaboration agreement with Educational FormatBusiness School based in Spain, to offer its collaborators more than 150 scholarships international postgraduate courses, as part of its strategy to strengthen human talent.
The agreement will allow access to master’s programs in 70 specialties, in virtual mode and semi-presential, with qualifications endorsed by Educational Format and academic support from institutions such as Harvard Business Impact and the University of Vitoria-Gasteiz. The initiative is developed through the EducaSID program.
The alliance was formalized in an event headed by the executive president of SID Group, Ligia Bonettiand the director of Educational Format, Hugo Dominguezwho highlighted the continuous training like a strategic investment to face the challenges of a business environment in constant transformation.

During the event, Bonetti pointed out that “the sustainable growth of organizations is directly linked to the development of people. In SID Group we conceive the continuous training like a strategic investment that strengthens the capacity to adapt, increases the quality of decisions and prepares our teams to lead in contexts of permanent transformation.
For his part, Domínguez stressed that “SID Group is a relevant actor in the economic development and social development of the Dominican Republic and that this alliance represents a natural fit between two institutions that share the conviction that education is a fundamental lever for the growth of talent, innovation and sustainability.
In the last year, Grupo SID registered nearly 99,000 hours of training in key areas such as leadership, sustainability, quality and cybersecurity, to which is added its Scholarship Program, which currently maintains 150 active scholarships for collaborators, their children and students in the community.
