The presidential candidate of the Sícreo party, Carlos Espápresented this Thursday, December 11, his presidential plan with a view to the 2026 General Elections.
In his speech, Espá assured that his political project seeks to differentiate itself from the rest by being based on direct contact with the population.
“The population is fed up with the speeches, with the broken promises. We, on the other hand, have gone to listen to the people,” he stated.
The candidate also emphasized his rejection of the current state structure, pointing out it as an obstacle for Peruvians.
“People are fed up with the State, the State is the enemy, the adversary. The State is the one that suffocates the vast majority of Peruvians,” he expressed.
Likewise, Espá proposed creating 5 million formal jobs during an eventual government. In addition, he proposed eliminating VAT and income tax.
In terms of citizen security, the candidate promised to “apply a tough hand to criminal organizations.” As part of this plan, he announced the construction of six maximum security prisons, which, he assured, would not have the right to visits.
