The approximately 4.5 million members of Sicredi can have direct access to digital public services with the same password as the institution’s application. The credit union became the 10th financial institution to be integrated into the Portal Gov.br.
In addition to Sicredi, the following institutions are associated with the platform: Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Bradesco, Banrisul, Santander, BRB, Sicoob, Itaú and Agibank. O Login through the bank password, it offers a silver level of security on the Gov.br Portal, which allows access to services such as the Central Bank’s Receivables System, the pre-filled Income Tax declaration and the digital transit wallet .
In addition to the Union, the Federal District and eight states are integrated into the platform. At the beginning of May, the Gov.br Portal surpassed the 100 million people registered mark. Currently, the platform provides access to 4,879 public services, of which 3,931 (80.6%) are completely digital.
In the states and municipalities that have joined the portal, the user can have access to the Motor Vehicle Property Tax (IPVA), collected by the states. It is also possible to settle debts with local governments and obtain services associated with the provision of water and sanitation.
The Secretary of Digital Government of the Ministry of Economy, responsible for the gov.br platform, informs that access through the application is safe. With the integration, the government only has access to the user’s full name, Individual Taxpayer ID (CPF), telephone number and e-mail address.
How to access
When accessing government websites or applications that allow authentication through the gov.br option, the citizen will be directed to a screen that will present the item “Accredited Banks”. When activating it and selecting Sicredi, for example, among the institutions, you will be directed to the environment of the cooperative system, where you will inform your access credentials and receive a message in the application.
