Short circuit in the Los Pocitos hospital emergency did not happen to majors

Minutes before midnight this Thursday, the patients of the Los Pocitos hospital emergency room, in Plan Three Thousand, saw their routine altered by a short circuit that occurred, without it becoming a fire. The situation was handled quickly and the Emergency patients were transferred to other hospitals.

The Municipal Emergency Department and a Police unit came in the first instance and verified that it was a short circuit in hospital equipment. The structure has no damage or the electrical system, but the environment had a concentration of carbon monoxide, hence the patients were evacuated, according to the administrative deputy director of the hospital, Gabriel Hurtado.

Until midnight he was gone moving 8 patientsat the same time that all the revisions were made in the structure and work was done on the ventilation of the place.

The preliminary report showed that the situation was under control.since the contingency was handled quickly and the patients in the affected area were put under good protection.
