In a week, on April 30, the two Congress cameras will close the ordinary session, until September, unless the call for extraordinary session, tentatively in early June.

Attrapi would be sectorized in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), a dependency empowered to administer the right that the State has for the use of railways.
However, the Agency would assist the SICT in the planning of strategic development in railway matters and process before it the granting of concessions and assignments for the construction, operation and exploitation of the rail system and for the provision of the public rail transport service.
You can also propose extensions, modifications, assignments, revocation and termination. It will have the power to support the Secretariat in the public tender processes “for the construction, operation and exploitation of railways, as well as for the provision of public transport service.”
The faculties given to this agency include planning and coordinating with administrative authorities of the three government orders and with the concessionaires, assignments or individuals, the construction, reconstruction or modernization and expansion of sections.
