Shakira landed in Bogotá for her long-awaited concert and took advantage of Halloween night to go out into the streets and enjoy.

Shakira continues to establish itself as one of the most influential artists on the international music scene, and Bogotá confirmed it once again.

On the night of November 1, the Colombian capital vibrated with the energy of the Barranquilla native, who not only landed to offer a massive concert at Vive Claro, but also surprised her followers by enjoying the traditional Halloween celebration touring the streets of the city.

Through her Instagram account, the singer shared a carousel of photographs in which she showed the elaborate costume she chose for the occasion. Shakira opted for an outfit inspired by royalty 18th century European wearing a rococo style dress in delicate pastel pink tones.

The costume included a full skirt adorned with bows, lace cuffs and an intricately detailed corset. Shakira also took the opportunity to remember her beginnings, remembering the first time she visited the capital at the age of 13 to record her album Magia. Likewise, he talked about the years in which he lived in the city, at 16, while he took decisive steps in his professional career. “I remember when I came to Bogotá for the first time when I was 13 years old to record my first album.

And I remember when I came here to live at 16, I lived in a girls’ residence. Thanks to you I have realized a large part of my dreams,” she added, visibly moved.

The night confirmed that the relationship between Shakira and Bogotá remains intact. The singer not only shone with her talent on stage, but also showed her most human and close side, reaffirming the affection she feels for the city that accompanied her in the first chapters of her musical history.
