Withdraws SG restriction on declared persons non grata in six-year terms of Calderón and Peña

The Ministry of the Interior identified files of 35 foreigners denounced in the past six-year terms as persons non grataabout whom the expulsion was requested at the time, among which is the filmmaker and writer Alejandro Jodorowsky.

said the agency, after its head, Adán Augusto López Hernández, announced in the morning that there are 13 foreigners who were expelled from the country during the six-year terms of Felipe Calderón and Enrique Peña Nieto.
The agency explained that “in the files of the Ministry of the Interior, 35 files of foreign persons denounced as non grata on which their expulsion has been requested in accordance with article 33 of the Constitution”.
On the list are Alejandro Jodorowsky, Antonio Echavarría, Ronald Bull, Bety Jackson, Lety Jackson, Manuel Sarmiento Pubillones, Jorge Bitar Tafich, Carlos Altamirano, Jorge Brennes Araya, Francisco Laeva, David Kauenofen Hanz Dnimz, José Jacob, Óscar Rabanales Corales and Rainer Rosenbaum.
Also Elías Ancer Vítar, Natividad Marroquin, Fern Fallis, Francisca Chávez, Mauricio Bercum, Pablo Machado, Teófilo Sturchler Mier, Bruce Bryan and Louis B. Foote, Cesareo Tokosauka Cortés, Claro Ramos García, Eliseo Hernández, Vicente Fon, Rodolfo Calatayud, José Luis Sariego del Castillo, Norberto Carella Gil Samaniego, Ernestina H. de Yhous, Thomas Boone Haliberg Barllow, Ángel de Mirutis and Facutis, among others.
