Inhabitants of several parishes in Caracas and some areas of the Miranda and Vargas districts will not have water service, for at least 36 hours, starting this Monday, April 3, reported the state company hydrocapital.
According to the company, they will interrupt the distribution of water for preventive maintenance to the Tuy III System.
The parishes of the Libertador municipality that will be without water are: Antímano, Coche, La Vega, San Pedro, El Recreo and San Juan. In the state of Miranda, two parishes in the Baruta municipality will be affected.
While in Vargas state, the preventive works will affect the areas of Canaima, Montesano, Alcabala Vieja, Juan Puya, Tropical, Pariata, Maiquetía, Mamo and Zamora.
However, users on social networks complained because the city of Caracas has severely rationed its water service for seven years. Several parishes -with luck- only have water two or three times a week.

If I am not mistaken, it was promised that as of December we would not have water problems and that we could enjoy the vital liquid in the neighborhoods and urbanizations, please, it is not a luxury, it is a necessity,” wrote a Twitter user.
