The Army of the Dominican Republic reported this Wednesday that members of that organization, In coordination with intelligence personnel S-2, they intercepted a vehicle in which they were traveling seven Chinese citizens in irregular immigration status.
The foreigners were detained during an operation carried out in the Montecristi province.
According to a press release, the intervention was carried out by Army soldiers stationed in the Hatillo Palma Detachment, who detained a Chevrolet Jeep gray, Captiva model, in which the foreigners traveled.

Delivered to the DGM
- After the verification process, both the foreigners and the vehicle were transferred to the 4th headquarters. Army Infantry Brigade, from where they were delivered, under certification, to the General Directorate of Migration (DGM) for the corresponding legal purposes.
