Seven people detained in Táchira state for depraved acts

This Saturday, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that seven people who participated in a depraved public act that they staged in front of children and families in Plaza Bolívar in the municipality of Torbes, in the state of Táchira, were arrested and charged.

Through the social network Twitter, he explained that these people exposed themselves naked to several citizens.

The detainees were identified as Luis Moncada, Makensi Villamizar, Lorena Parra, Romir García, José Moreno, Anderson Ochoa and José García.

Saab indicated that the public act attempted “against modesty and good customs, degrading the female gender in the Bolívar square of the Torbes municipality, exposing themselves publicly naked during the celebration of the fairs of the Torbes municipality of the Táchira state.”

The detainees were charged by the Public Ministry for the crimes of outrage against public modesty and instigation and disobedience of the laws.
