The incineration It was carried out at the P&D Recycling, in Haina, San Cristóbal, where the substances to be incinerated were presented to the media: 254,943 units of different medications; 18,880 units of sexual stimulants, 27,663 bottles of alcoholic beverages, of which 3,976 liters were cleren; as well as 6,773,362 units of tobacco.
According to the authorities, these products were confiscated in different operational carried out throughout the country by the Specialized Body for Fuel Control and Trade of Goods (Ceccom), between July 25 and December 2 of this year.
Rookie He highlighted that this year they closed “with seven sentences definitive: five for cigarettes, one for alcohol and one for medication.” Among the highest sentences achieved, he cited one for alcohol trafficking30 years old, and on medication, for two and a half years, the latter last week.
The official explained to the media that the sentencing processes began in 2022.
