The Chamber of Deputies announced this Wednesday the list of the first legislators sanctioned with discounts of G. 600 thousand for absences in the last sessions.
The deputies on the list are Freddy D’Ecclesiis, Eri Valdez, Édgar Espínola, Roque Sarubbi, Colym Soroka, Miguel Cuevas and Tomás Rivas.
Those sanctioned were absent in the last four ordinary and extraordinary sessions.
On May 5, Pedro Alliana, president of the Chamber of Deputies, announced the implementation of fines of G. 300,000 for legislators who arrive late to sessions and G. 600,000 for those who are directly absent.
