Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, published in the Official Diary of the Union in today (19), includes, in the calendar of days considered as an optional point for public servants, April 22, next Friday. Thus, it will be possible for the category to extend the holiday that will start the day before (april 21), when the Minas Gerais Inconfidência Day is celebrated.Servers will have optional point on April 22

To make it possible to extend the holiday, Ordinance No. 3,413 amended Ordinance No. 14,817/21, which discloses the days of national holidays and establishes the days of optional point in the year 2022.

Criteria

Dates close to holidays established by the official calendar are considered optional, which may, according to internal criteria, to have or not expedient.

As provided for in amended ordinance“it will be up to the directors of bodies and entities to preserve and operate essential services related to their respective areas of competence”.
