Serial killer paid $3,500 to get out of jail and the 'kindness' of a bottle of whiskey for his judge

After it came to light that the serial killer Richard Choque Flores was released from prison thanks to the favoring of justice, it was revealed that in his statement the accused affirmed that he paid US$ 3,500 and had the ‘kindness’ of giving a bottle of whiskey to the now former judge Rafael Alcón to obtain the benefit of cessation of detention in the San Pedro prison (La Paz).

Shock He had to serve a sentence of 30 years in prison. without the right to a pardon, but thanks to these irregularities he managed to be released.

“When I left, when they gave me house arrest, and since it was New Year’s, the doctor (Marlene) Paco told me to give him a whiskey or something for New Years, since he took me out”, he recounted in his statement, alluding to his defense, who is observed for favoring the release of people who are serving time in the country’s prisons.

In the interpellation, Choque stated that the procedure to achieve house arrest had a cost of US$3,500. “vI found all my things in San Pedro, I borrowed from friends I don’t remember, from school and others. And later I handed over to Dr. Paco, after we talked about 10 days that I met her, ”says the statement document.

The man also confessed that At first another lawyer had requested $10,000; however, it was “impossible” for him to raise that amount and therefore he hired the services of Marlene Paco, whom he recognized in a photograph that was shown to him at the time of giving his statement.

Regarding his release, Choque maintained that this was thanks to a medical certificate provided by the lawyer Paco.

“No one performed any medical examination or diagnosis on me. to detail, I never had a medical check-up to leave, they were only based on previous medical histories”, he declared in another part of the review, regarding his exit.

According to Shock, he did all this to be able to live with his mom and maintained that the lawyer was in charge of the entire process. The Prosecutor’s Office arrested at least three officials in this case in addition to Alcón and the lawyer.
