Sergio Gálvez was elected president of the Budget Commission

Deputy Sergio “Chello” Gálvez of the Realizing Goals (RM) party was elected President of the Budget Commission 24024 – 2025 obtaining 10 votes out of 15 possible, Deputy Augusto Palacios of the Vamos party only managed to get 5 votes.

This commission is made up of 15 deputies and Gálvez won with the votes of the PRD, RM, CD and Panameñista parties.

The vice presidency was won by deputy Ariel Vallarino of the Realizing Goals party, who beat Jorge González by 10 votes to 5.

While Deputy Manuel Cohen Salerno was chosen as Secretary of the Credentials Commission 10 to 5, beating Jhonatán Vega
