The personnel of the video surveillance center of the Ascensión District Municipality saw the young woman, apparently intoxicated, walking through the streets and lying unconscious in an open field in the district, near the Quintanillapampa sector.
This is how they reported to the Serenazgo troops, boarded their unit and immediately went to the place, where the young woman, who would be approximately 22 years old, was awakened by the troops.

Apparently, the young woman came from celebrating friendship day, so she would have “extended drinks”.
The uniformed officers proceeded to revive her and transferred her to the health center, where, after being evaluated by medical personnel, they took her to her home.
