About 10 million debts in Serasa can be negotiated in more than 6,000 post office agencies, with up to 99% off. This possibility of negotiation, however, will be opened for only one day, on Tuesday (9).
The negotiation, which brings together more than 1,600 companies, is being offered through the Serasa Clean Name platform.
“In all, more than 2.3 million Brazilians can have one or more debt with the maximum discount. This is an unprecedented action that brings together several companies and the largest volume of offers with 99% discount in the history of the serasa platform cleans name,” said the post office.
Participating institutions
According to the state -owned company, among the participating institutions of the task force are large banks, retailers, financial, securitizers, basic accounts such as water, electricity and gas, among others.
Serasa’s survey shows that this year there was a record of debt negotiations with the maximum discount granted. From January to July, more than 672,000 agreements with 99% discount were closed, a result of an increase of 7.94% compared to the same period of the previous year.
“For this emergency action, the population can count on the presential care of the Post Office to quickly and safely resolve the pending and thus achieve more financial tranquility,” said the president of the Post Office, Fabiano Silva dos Santos.

Step by step for negotiation:
Step 1 – Download the SERASA APP:
Make the download From the Serasa application on mobile (available for Android and iOS), type your CPF and fill in a brief registration. By accessing the platform, all consumer financial information will already appear on the screen, such as the existence of possible debts and the Serasa Score score.
Step 2 – Choose the offer:
After selecting the “See Offers” option, you can check the conditions offered for payment with the SERASA Clean Name Discount already applied. Just click on one of the available debts and the options to renegotiate each debt will be presented. To make a deal, click on the “Negotry” field of each of the offers ”.
Step 3 – Review and finish the agreement:
Choose the option you want and the payment method of your choice. If it is ticket, you can copy the code, download or request shipping via WhatsApp. If you choose the Pix option, select the day for maturity and the desired amount of installments. Then confirm the information by reviewing all the conditions presented, and click “Complete Agreement.”
Step 4 – Pay the agreement:
When closing your agreement, you must pay according to the conditions defined in the previous step. To pay with Pix, click “Copy Pix Key” and paste it to the banking institution’s application to proceed.
