The Eighth Sentencing Court ordered this Tuesday that the Special Force to Combat Violence (Felcv) of La Paz, receive the complaint Fatima Jordanwife of Governor Luis Fernando Camacho, before the discovery of the spy camera in the cell where he is serving preventive detention, in the Chonchocoro prison.

According to the information accessed by EL DEBER, the judge in charge of the Court granted two conservatorship actions requested by Jordanso that the complaint is admitted on the platform of the Felcv of the seat of Government, within 24 hours of notification.

The lawyer for the governor of Santa Cruz, Juan Carlos Camacho, informed this journalistic house that, in view of this determination of justice, the defense statement that the regional director of the Penitentiary Regime in La Paz, Franz Laura, is confirmed, “has been violating the rights of Luis Fernando Camacho, his family and specifically his wife”.

“Regardless of that, the Felcv omitted its obligations as priority attention officials and (the ruling) supports our complaint of breach of duty in a situation of violence,” said the jurist.

Camacho pointed out that both the national director of the Special Force to Combat Violence (Felcv), Colonel Rubén Lobatón, as well as the personnel of that police division, demonstrated a “high degree of indifference in attention to women in situations of violence”.

announced that they will continue with the actions and the interposition of the complaint by the spy camera found in Camacho’s cell, as provided in the resolution.

The judge held that the protection action granted, instructs the Felcv to investigate with a gender perspective and that Comprehensive Law 348 to Guarantee Women a Life be applied.

“(That) any of the police officers on duty receive the complaint at the Felcv unit in the city of La Paz and it will be the prosecutor who will observe the complaint if the case so corresponds,” he said.

On Monday, at a press conference and accompanied by legislators, Fátima Jordan stated that will go to all legal instances in order to find those responsible for placing the camera in Camacho’s cell, detained since December 30 in the Chonchocoro prison.

“I want to denounce a serious abuse that the government has committed against my status as a woman. The government has put hidden camerass to record where my husband, Luis Fernando Camacho, has been unjustly kidnapped. I am the person who accompanies my husband in his cell and with those cameras the Government has recorded my privacy as a womanry our intimacy as a couple,” Jordán said on the occasion.
