The Single Court of Falcón Violence issued a sentence consisting of 15 years in prison against Asnaldo José Pineda Alastre (41) for his responsibility in sexual abuse without penetration against girls of 11 and 12 years of age, the Public Ministry reported.
The incident occurred on January 24, 2022 in the Cruz Verde Urbanization, located in the city of Santa Ana de Coro (Falcón). According to the investigation, during the aforementioned date the grandmother of the young women spoke with her granddaughters and learned that both were victims of abuse at the hands of Pineda Alastre on several occasions.
The abuses were repeated both at the victims’ home and in the Latinient and painting workshop where Pineda Alastre worked, located in the La Cañada sector of the Falconian capital, says the prosecution’s report.
