SANTO DOMINGO.- The spokesman for the Bloc of Senators of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), yvan lorenzopointed out that the government is to blame for the North American country proposing a solution to the anti-National Haitian crisis.
“Because of the clumsiness with which President Abinader has handled the issue, he opened the space for the overflow of the Dominican-Haitian crisis.” Lawrence said.
The representative of the Elías Piña Province and member of the Political Committee of the PLD, clarified that the country does not have logistics for migratory control.
“Because of the high populism with which relations between the two nations have been handled,” explained the legislator.
Lorenzo described as alarming that international organizations focus on giving their opinion on the migration policies of the Dominican Republic, and urges them to focus on finding a solution to the humanitarian crisis facing Haiti.
