Tomorrow, Tuesday, the Senate is expected to discuss the reform that recognizes indigenous and Afro-Mexican peoples and communities as subjects of public law, with legal personality and their own assets.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday the reform that establishes that the National Guard will be under the command of the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena) will be discussed.
