In the ordinary session on Thursday, the Upper House dealt with two projects insistently requested by the Executive Power: authorizations for the execution of pre-agreed credits with international organizations.
The first is 354 million dollars granted by the Financial Fund for the Development of the River Plate Basin (Fonplata) to cover the improvement and paving of the Py 15 route Mariscal Estigarribia-Pozo Hondo section and access to Mariscal Estigarribia, Boquerón, in charge of the MOPC.
The second consists of a loan of 100 million dollars, granted through the contract signed with the Andean Development Corporation for the paving of the Puerto Indio – Empalme Supercarretera route, Alto Paraná.
Both projects were approved in general and in particular and now go to the Chamber of Deputies, which must also give its endorsement so that the MOPC can have that budget line.
