The National Service of Meteorology and Hydrology (Senamhi) issued the alert for rains of moderate to strong intensity in at least 12 regions of the mountains, from this Monday, November 17 to Tuesday, November 18.
According to notice No. 415, rain, sleet, hail and snow are expected in high Andean areas of the departments of Áncash, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huancavelica, Huánuco, Junín, La Libertad, Pasco, Piura and Puno.
For this Mondayit is expected to accumulate between 11 to 15 mm/day in the central mountains and around 12 to 15 mm/day in the southern mountains.
While this Tuesday 18 are expected to accumulate between 15 to 20 mm/day in the northern mountains, between 12 and 15 mm/day in the central mountains and around 12 to 14 mm/day in the southern mountains.
