SENAI will serve 10.8 thousand micro, small and medium industries in 2025

The National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) reported on Monday (10) that this year should serve 10,800 micro, small and medium-sized companies (MPMES) from all over the country, so that they improve unemployment and productivity. Last year, about 8,000 mpmes received this type of service, which involves consulting for increased energy efficiency, industry technologies 4.0, internet of things, lean manufacturing, among others.SENAI will serve 10.8 thousand micro, small and medium industries in 2025

Last year, more than 6,500 calls were aimed at increasing energy efficiency, lean manufacturing and digital transformation. Another 1,200 companies participated in the validation process and received industry technologies 4.0, such as Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence.

The service, performed under the Brazil Most Productive Program, of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services (MDIC) recorded 27.75% productivity increase in companies that received consultants on lean manufacturing and 17.95% reduction in Energy consumption for those who received care on energy efficiency.

“In 2025, the goal is to perform about 10.8 thousand calls, being 7,689 with consultancies and 3,120 with intelligent factories technologies,” said Senai.

Among the services provided, there is the possibility of making a complete digital transformation plan, with access to credit lines with exclusive conditions for the program, in the case of medium enterprises.

For small ones, there is support for digital transformation actions, for development solutions involving industry 4.0 technologies, with low cost and high impact on management and production process.

“Companies that develop technologies can submit proposals to SENAI institutes to receive up to 70% of the cost of development and application of solutions 4.0. With the result and the appeal, which is non -refundable, companies have up to 15 months to develop and apply technologies, ”said Senai.

The most recent call, in partnership with the Financier of Studies and Projects (Finep), had 33 approved projects, which will receive R $ 16.8 million, with the forecast to benefit 971 MPMES.

MORE PRODUCTIVE BRAZIL

The “most productive Brazil” has the objective to increase MPME productivity through courses, materials and productivity tools and digital transformation. By 2027 will be allocated R $ 2 billion for consultancies, as well as development and application of new technologies and vocational training of workers and managers of companies.

The goal is to meet 93,000 companies in person. For micro and small, care is free and, for averages, subsidized.

In addition to consultancies, companies receive professional improvement courses for employees and managers, in order to perpetuate the knowledge and actions passed on by consultants.
