Seminarium and ACCEP organize the 19th International Retail Congress 2022: ‘RESHAPING: the time is now’

Looking ahead to 2023, new features are introduced for the retail industry. In that sense, Seminarium and the will hold the 19th International Retail Congress 2022, on September 22 and 23 at The Westin Lima Hotel.

This event seeks to share local and international experiences that can serve as a reference for Peruvian retailers, based on the presentation of the main trends such as customer centricity and the customer journey, as well as the changes and challenges of the sector in Peru.

All this with the aim of raising the attractiveness towards consumers; without neglecting last-mile delivery, as well as sustainability throughout the entire production chain, which undoubtedly stand out as differentials compared to what customers want.

Among the confirmed speakers are Giuseppe Stigliano, Global CEO at Spring Studios and Coro Saldaña, Digital Fashion Business Executive, both as keynote speakers. Additionally, professionals of the stature of Pedro Brolo, general director of The Visual Merchandising Company; Bart Higgins, Founder of Future Perfect X; Carlos Añaños, Founder of Aje; Hayan Ortega, Head of Industry Retail for Microsoft Latin America; Cayetana Aljovín, President of the Board of Directors of Sustainable Peru; Javier Álvarez, Director of Consumer Trends at Ipsos; Carlos Gamero, CEO of Yanbal; among other important references in the sector.

Reshaping commercial.

The event is aimed at entrepreneurs, managers, general managers, commercial managers, marketing managers, suppliers and consultants from the various areas related to the retail market, to provide a look and understanding towards what the younger generations want, -millennials and now centennials-, as it will determine the success of retailers in the coming years.

It should be noted that the meeting will take place in seven thematic blocks, which will help understand the importance of innovating and adapting to new scenarios, through the discovery of new management tools to face more competitive times, and exchange ideas with other participants.
