Sedatu had observations in the construction of various infrastructure works in Quintana Roo, Baja California and Mexico City, as well as failures in the implementation of the urban improvement program in Nayarit and Hidalgo.
These irregularities consisted of making overpayments, inconsistencies in the awarding of contracts and improper payments.
Some of the irregularities detected were in the construction of the Federal Services building in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, corresponding to the Urban Improvement Program, in Mexico City, where Sedatu made excess payments of 808,900 pesos due to the lack of documentation in the licenses, permits and environmental impact studies and where 33 million pesos have to be clarified.
In the Ministry of Finance it was reported that alleged irregularities were recorded in the National Bank of Public Works and Services, SNC, for example in the rehabilitation work of the Cd. MendozaCórdoba Highway, in Veracruz, there are 178,000 pesos to clarify, while In the rehabilitation work of the Palmillas-Querétaro section of the Mexico-Querétaro Highway, 151,000 pesos need to be cleared.
The Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) had observations to resolve for more than 30 million pesos, for alleged irregularities in the construction and expansion of the Puebla Regional Military Hospital, in Puebla; the adaptation, expansion and equipment of the Regional Military Hospital of Specialties of Guadalajara, Jalisco; as well as the rehabilitation of two housing units in Jalisco and Tamaulipas.
La Senda also had observations in the acquisition of equipment for the care of the population affected by natural phenomena such as Otis, as well as in the delivery and development of the Mayan Train.
