The ONPE indicated that it has already learned of the school hours for the use of schools as polling places, which in turn has been communicated to the heads of the Decentralized Offices of Electoral Processes throughout the country.

HOW MANY POLLING PLACES WILL THERE BE IN THESE 2022 ELECTIONS?

For election day, 84,323 voting tables must be installed distributed in 12,000 polling places throughout the country, with schools, institutes and universities being the most used.   • 1, 2, 3 and 4: from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • 5,6, 7, 8, 9 and 0: from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
