Sedapar breaks newly paved road on Progreso street (VIDEO)

The Sedapar company broke the track of Progreso street in the district of Miraflores, which was recently paved by the Provincial Municipality of Arequipa. The work was only inaugurated on May 27.

The intervention was made due to the breakage of a main pipe, work that will last approximately until after noon. However, the patching of the road will only take about 5 days.

The Sedapar workers indicated that from now on the asphalt will also be cut, because the pluvial drainage still needs to be installed.

The Provincial Municipality of Arequipa prepared a technical file for the construction of the missing storm drain, which will cost S/20,000, according to what the Urban Development manager reported at the time.
