La ‘Second summit for the Census’ will be held this Saturday from 3:00 p.m. at the Santa Cruz Medical College and the participation of all the Santa Cruz institutions is expected, as well as the different political groups to define the actions that Santa Cruz will take, an invitation that was launched openly.
The call is given in the midst of the warnings of the Pact of Unity, who already anticipated that the actions that may arise from said meeting (in the face of a new stoppage of activities) can trigger counter-marches, strikes and blockades by those related to masismo, with the support of social organizations.
The announcement of the Unity Pact was made by the top leader of the Bolivian Workers Central (COB), Juan Carlos Huarachi, at the conclusion of a meeting that took place this Friday with other union leaders with President Luis Arce at the Government Palace.
