Today, Monday, the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, participated in the second draw of the credit program for spare parts Buenos Aires CREATES. The program is intended for Buenos Aires residents who request improvements, reforms, spare parts or extensions of their homes.
The second draw of CREATES was announced at the headquarters of the Institute of Lottery and Casinos, in the city of La Plata. Kicillof pronounced that “the Program Buenos Aires CREATES it is part of a battery of measures that complement each other to address the housing problem in the province of Buenos Aires”. “With the contribution of the Province Lottery, an absolutely transparent allocation is made that addresses the needs of Buenos Aires residents of the 135 municipalities,” added the governor.

After analyzing the first two stages of the program, More than 180,000 Buenos Aires residents registered. Nearly 25,000 families participated in the current draw, including those that had not been drawn in the previous instance. It was also reported that the registration stage for the third draw is open.
The Buenos Aires governor also said that this habitat plan “It is a fundamental tool to generate employment in the construction sector and, indirectly, in all sectors linked to the production of inputs.”

*Minor spare parts: with a maximum amount of 1,560 UVIs (equivalent to $221,348), with a repayment term of up to 36 monthly installments and a grace period of six months to begin repaying the loan after the first disbursement.
*Major spare parts: with a maximum amount of 3,120 UVIs (equivalent to $442,696), with a repayment term of up to 72 monthly installments and a grace period of nine months to begin repaying the loan after the first disbursement.
*Extensions: with an amount of 6,240 UVIs (equivalent to $884,393), and a 12-month grace period to start repaying the loan after the first disbursement.
