The second dose of the 42nd edition of the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema, culminates today, December 12, in the rooms of Project 23 of the ICAIC.
The event has demonstrated the will to keep alive, even under complex conditions, an event that for more than four decades has given prestige to Latin American and world cinematography.
