Sebastián Yunda is ‘saved’ from the trial

Sebastián Yunda no ha cumplido las medidas cautelares dispuestas por el juez

Of the eight linked by illicit association only two will go to trial. Although a summons to trial was issued against Sebastián Yunda, because the country was not there, it was suspended.

On the afternoon of this February 3, 2022, Judge Máximo Ortega issued a summons to trial against Sebastián Yunda and his uncle César Yunda, for illicit association. However, the process is suspended for both because they are fugitives.

Sebastián Yunda is in Argentina, in the middle of an extradition process after being arrested in that country by Interpol on December 1, 2021. Nothing is known about the whereabouts of Cérsar Yunda.

In the process there were eight people linked. But only two will go to trial, former municipal officials Cinthya Puga and Adrián Haro.

While the judge issued a dismissal for Christian Hernández Yunda, Pamela Noboa, Wang Ying Long and Nancy Gaibor. (AVV)

If Sebastián Yunda returns to Ecuador, he will have to serve preventive detention and only then will he be able to start your trial.
