The woman who denounced the Colombian Sebastian Villa of sexual abuse stated that that night in 2021 “it was terrible, the worst” of his life and “a little empathy” to Boca Juniors, the Argentine club where the striker who was not removed from the squad plays.
In his first public appearance, Tamara Doldan ratified this Monday night in several television interviews the complaint he filed in court on May 13, according to which the soccer player with whom he was dating a year ago raped and abused her on the night of June 26 last year.
“That night was terrible, it hurt me in every way,” said the young woman of Argentine nationality. “It was the worst night of my life. It ruined my life,” she added to the TN channel.
According to his story, that night the couple had gone out to dinner with some friends from the Boca campus. They then returned to his house. The player was drunk and made a scene of jealousy, after which the abuse occurred.

According to her, the situation worsened when she was already undressed. “I was afraid because I didn’t know what he was going to do to me (…) I thought he was going to kill me or that he was going to hurt me even more,” she said.
“It’s hard to say that the person you’re with raped you,” he said, recounting that the next day he had to go to the hospital because of the pain he felt. According to her account, the doctor told her “whether your partner or not, this is abuse, it is rape, you are beaten.” The doctors told the court that they did not remember the consultation but acknowledged her signature on the study order.
The young woman assured that after the episode she tried to “live normally”. “At first I had a wrong idea, I thought that letting time pass would make me feel better, but no, you can’t”, lament.
The woman insisted that from Villa’s environment they tried to bribe her with 5,000 dollars so that she would not file a complaint.
Doldán’s accusation is the second against the footballer in Argentina. Starting on September 19, Villa will face an oral trial for a previous complaint, filed in April 2020 by his ex-partner, the Colombian Daniela Cortés, for which he is accused of “minor injuries aggravated by the bond and for mediating gender violence and coercive threats.

Boca authorities said they await a judicial decision to take action regarding the 26-year-old scorer who was described as “an example as a professional” by the club’s vice president, Juan Román Riquelme.
Seeing him play Villa “hurts me, it hurts me a lot,” said the complainant. “The only thing I ask of Boca, and of everyone, is a little empathy and respect. We all have the principle of innocence, it’s true, but a little empathy is not possible? I don’t understand why they have to inflate that much?” he cried.
Last week the judge of Guarantees Javier Mafucci Moore rejected the arrest of the player requested by the prosecution.
