Authorities of the national government maintain the search operations for the vessel “The drizzle” and its crew, disappeared on June 17 off the coast of Aragua state, through the Center for Coordination and Control of Emergencies and Disasters (Cenaced), an instance attached to the Ministry of People’s Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.
The information was released by the Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichasothrough a publication on his account on the social network Twitter.
Ceballos indicated that the Coast Guard Command of the Bolivarian National Navyin coordination and articulation with the Naval and Military Aviation —with the use of large and medium-sized ships, aircraft and fishing vessels— intensifies exploration actions along the central and western coastal strip of the country.
In this crusade, communications were established with the Joint Coordination and Rescue Center “Jrrc Curaçao” and the ships that transit through the Caribbean Sea, to extend the search for the Venezuelan vessel.
