This is Temito Adames De La Paz, 55 years old, who was wanted by court order number 589-01-2022-AJ-01652, accused of the death of a person who in life responded to the name of Juan Esteban Pérez Figueroa, 59 years old.
According to a report from the South Regional Police Department, the person arrested that time killed Pérez Figueroa in the middle of a discussion for passionate reasons, who died from stab wounds to the thorax and right forearm.
“De la Paz was arrested in the framework of an arduous joint work carried out by police officers on José Francisco Segura Sandoval street in the eastern part of Santo Domingo,” says the institution of order.
It states that the agents participating in the arrest of the accused are attached to the Criminal Investigations Directorate (Dicrim) of the mentioned area and to the South Regional Directorate of the uniformed police station based in Barahona.
The prisoner was immediately transferred to Barahona, to be sent to justice within the next few hours, via the Public Ministry.
