scotiabank Y FC Barcelona announce the extension for 4 years of their sponsorship agreement for various countries in Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada, with which Scotiabank Peru will continue to be the Official Bank of FCB in Peru. Under this agreement, the Bank will continue to be the official partner of the Club in the region until June 2026, and will become the official sponsor of the FC Barcelona Women’s team, promoting inclusion and gender equality on and off the pitch.
The renewal of the sponsorship includes, among other initiatives, Scotiabank’s support for the Barça Foundation, an entity that seeks to improve the quality of life of children and young people through sport; the Barça Academy football schools for boys and girls from 6 to 18 years old; and the Barça Academy Camps in certain markets where the Bank has a presence. Likewise, the Bank will have rights to use the image of the Club for activations, promotions and commercial events, among other opportunities to provide benefits to customers and grow the business.

Scotiabank will also become the official partner of “Barca, The Exhibition”, a traveling exhibition that allows fans in different countries to learn about the history and values of FC Barcelona in a totally immersive way.
Since signing the initial sponsorship at the end of 2016, Barça and Scotiabank have collaborated on different initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean, which have benefited thousands of people in the communities where the Bank operates.
The new sponsorship agreement includes 19 countries in the Americas, including Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica and Panama, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, the Bahamas, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao , Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
