SANTO DOMINGO.- The judges of the Second Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) discharged the deputy of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) for Santiago, Gregorio Domínguez, accused of illegal eviction to the detriment of Mrs. Nelly Capellán, in Punta Rucia, Puerto Plata .

With a dissenting vote, the magistrates decided the acquittal in favor of the legislator alleging that the evidence presented by the victim’s lawyer was contradictory.
