SANTO DOMINGO.- The judges of the Second Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) discharged the deputy of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) for Santiago, Gregorio Domínguez, accused of illegal eviction to the detriment of Mrs. Nelly Capellán, in Punta Rucia, Puerto Plata .
With a dissenting vote, the magistrates decided the acquittal in favor of the legislator alleging that the evidence presented by the victim’s lawyer was contradictory.
The lady, owner of the house collapsed by supposed order of the legislator, said that she is not satisfied with the ruling, alleging that the deputy’s employees committed the acts by order of the latter.
