The Supreme Court of Justice decided to initiate a disciplinary process against the Civil Law Judge of the 9th Shift, Dr. Alejandro Recarey, judicial sources confirmed to Diario La R. To this end, it appointed the Minister of the Court of Appeals for Civil Matters of the 2nd Round, Dr. Rosario Sapelli, as instructor. During the process, which is regulated by the agreed Nº 8078 on the administrative responsibility of the judges, Recarey will continue in office.
The regulation establishes that if from the assessment of the actions, the complaint and/or the report, as the case may be, sufficient elements of judgment emerge regarding the possible commission of an administrative offense and the identification of the alleged perpetrator, the Supreme Court of Justice will order the initiation of an administrative summary.
In the event that sufficient elements of judgment do not emerge regarding the existence of irregular facts or acts and/or their presumed culprits, it may order the initiation of an administrative investigation, if deemed necessary in view of the circumstances of the case.
