The Public Ministry (MP) accused the director of the Loyola school, located in Bolívar state, for inaction in the face of an attack against a student at the center, reported the Attorney General, Tarek William Saab.
Through his account on the social network Twitter, Saab explained that the director responds to the name of Sara Alexandra De Freites, and will be charged with the “planned crime of omission.”
The young man who suffered the attack is a 13-year-old adolescent, under the name of JDMP
The adolescent “was savagely beaten inside the educational unit without any authority taking any precaution of the fact.”
For this reason, the prosecutor explained, the corresponding precautionary measures were requested.
Recently, the Public Ministry charged the three teenagers who physically assaulted a young woman with Down syndrome in the sports field of Colegio Los Angelitos, located in the Raúl Leoni sector of Maracaibo, Zulia state.
