Scammer who offered low-cost properties with false titles falls

In the early hours of this Friday, a raid in a house of San Luis neighborhood of the city of San Lorenzoheaded by staff from Department against Organized Crime of the National Police and prosecutor María Unger.

On the raided property various stamps were seized (presumably false) from various institutions such as the Automotive Registry, the Directorate of Public Records, OPACI and even the National Police, which would have been used to forge the documents.

He modus operandi of the defendant consisted of offer properties at a cost much lower than their real pricefor which he was in charge of falsify title deeds which he later sold to the victims.

“When they went to the notary’s office, they realized that the records were falseas well as the titles, registers and cadastres”, explained to the C9N channel the Commissioner Luis López, head of Organized Crime.
