The Superintendence of Banking and Insurance (SBS) declared this Thursday the dissolution of a new savings and credit cooperative.
This is the Multisol Group Savings and Credit Cooperative. The SBS arranged in its Resolution published in the Peruvian its exclusion from the National Registry of Savings and Credit Cooperatives not authorized to capture public resources. It is also designated to a titular and alternate temporary administrator, among other measures.
In application of article 9 of the Special Regimes Regulation, it is prohibited:
1. Start against judicial or administrative processes for the collection of credits under your charge.
2. Persecute the execution of judicial resolutions dictated against him.
3. Constitute levies on any of your assets in guarantee of the obligations that concern you.
4. Make payments, advances or compensation, or assume obligations on behalf of it, with the funds or goods that belong to it and are held by third parties.
5. Constitute precautionary measure against your assets.
The resolution designates Edwin Esquivias Astete and Gonzalo Javier Nájar Hurtado, as temporary, main and alternate administrators, respectively, of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Multisol Group in solution.
Arranged measures
The SBS empowers temporary administrators to register the resolution that declared the dissolution of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Multisol Group in the corresponding Public Registry, and “to take immediate possession of all the assets of the same ordering that the titles, securities, contracts, books, archives, as well as any other document and as far as owned by this; estate.
In addition, an inventory of all assets of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Multisol Savings in Solution will have to be carried out, including that of the corresponding livelihoods.
Administrators must prepare the relationship of creditors of the Savings and Credit Cooperative Multisol Group in solution, with an indication of the amount, nature of the credits and preference that they enjoy, in accordance with article 10 of the Special Regimes Regulations.
