SBN recovers ownership of a 90-hectare plot in Chilca

The Ministry of Housingthrough the National Superintendence of National Assets (SBN), managed to recover at the registration level a 90-hectare property located in the district of Chilca.

This entity reported through a statement that the December 23that the request of the Directorate of State Heritage Management of the Superintendence of National Assetsordered the administrative cancellation of the area rectification and independence entries in registry items 49059060 and 15062426 of the Land Registry of Lima, relating to said land.

The document mentions that the recovery of the property is supported by the supreme resolution #701-72-VI-DB and the resolution No. 058-2005/SBN-CO-JARthe latter ratified by court ruling.

Add that “The SBN continues with the legal physical sanitation procedures and the contentious-administrative action before the Judiciary, as well as with the criminal actions against those who are responsible.”

Regarding this case, La República reported at the beginning of December that the SBN, under the control of the “shadow cabinet” of the former president Pedro Castillo had hired the services of the lawyer Flor Olivera Orellana to issue a legal opinion on the claims of Sada Goray Chongreal estate manager Marka Group regarding said property.

Goray confessed that he paid S/4 million as a bribe to the former head of the advisory cabinet of the Ministry of Housing, Salatiel Marrufo Alcántara.member of “shadow cabinet”to help you obtain resolutions in favor of your claims filed with Housing and the SBN.

Until then, the SBN had twice ruled against Sada Goray’s demands. However, Salatiel Marrufo managed to change up to four directors of State Heritage Management of the SBN for refusing to issue resolutions favorable to Goray.

Another piece of information: it turned out that the lawyer Olive Flower –hired to issue a legal opinion– and Sada Goray shared the same office on Circunvalación avenue, Club Golf Los Incas, Santiago de Surco.

The former head of the advisory cabinet of the Ministry of Housing and aspiring collaborator Salatiel Marrufo confessed that he received a bribe of S/4 million in cash and an apartment in San Isidro for an amount of S/3.8 million. Part of the money was given to ex-minister Geiner Alvarado and Pedro Castillo.
