438 – “Everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted”. Lk 14, 11
So many times we are victims of our inferiority complexes, of our fears and insecurities and we want to occupy the first places so that we are seen and recognized; however, this does not always work for us, because being above others we are very exposed and can easily be ridiculed.
The best thing is always to put yourself below, that is, to be humble, because from there nobody can humiliate us and, if we are promoted, this will be a great honor. However, only those who are masters of themselves can decide to put themselves below, they can prevail over the natural instinct to be above. Peace and good.
