What cars cannot circulate this Saturday, December 13?
According to the official calendar they will not be able to circulate:
Vehicles with hologram 1 and plates ending in even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8).
Cars with hologram 2, regardless of the finish of the plate.
Vehicles with foreign license plates, regardless of hologram or finish.

Electric or hybrid vehicles, exempt as an incentive for the use of clean technologies.
Cars with hologram 1 and plates ending in odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9).
Double Not Circulating Today?
There will be no Double Today No Circulation this Saturday. This measure is only activated during environmental contingencies, when air quality deteriorates considerably.
Where does the restriction apply?
The program remains mandatory in the 16 municipalities of Mexico City and in 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico:

In addition, since July 1, Hoy No Circula also operates in the metropolitan areas of Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for cars with holograms 1 and 2. In these regions, fines will begin to apply from January 1, 2026.
How Today It Doesn’t Circulate Saturday works
The scheme is organized according to the hologram and the termination of the plate:
Hologram 2: It does not circulate on any Saturday of the month.
Hologram 1:
Odd ending → first and third Saturday of the month.
Even ending → second and fourth Saturday of the month.
Fifth Saturday of the month: Only vehicles with hologram 2 and foreign license plates are restricted.
