The National Police seized 6 kilos of drugs on the Satipo – Río Negro road, which were being transported by two subjects on a motorcycle. The illicit substance and the vehicle were placed at the disposal of the Sinchis of Mazamari and the Public Prosecutor’s Office for investigations.

Dionisio Gabriel Quilcas (60) and Allen Eder Cantos Sandoval (37) were stopped when they were passing through the old Satipo – Río Negro highway aboard a red linear motorcycle, among their belongings they had a backpack, when they inspected it they found scraps of a white substance wrapped in plastic bags.

The substance tested positive for cocaine alkaloid, which is why the two men were arrested. The drugs and the motorcycle were also seized for investigations into the case by the Sinchis of Mazamari and the specialized prosecutor’s office for drug trafficking crimes.
