SAT de Lima will auction vehicles and assets with debts in a coercive state

SAT REMATARÁ VEHÍCULOS.

Next Friday, November 22, the Tax Administration Service (SAT) of Lima will carry out the auction of 19 vehicles and other personal property due to debts for vehicle, property, excise and ballot taxes.

The SAT Coercive Execution Manager, Adrián Zárate, explained that these assets that will be auctioned have debts in a “coercive state” that were not canceled by their owners.

Through this mechanism, it is sought to settle these debts for tax and non-tax purposes, providing alternatives to interested parties through a transparent and regulated process, in accordance with the provisions established in the TUO of Law No. 26979, Law of Execution Procedure Coercive.

To participate in this auction, which will take place in person, at 9 am at the SAT agency located at Avenida Argentina 2926, Cercado de Lima, you must be over 18 years old, carry your original valid ID or immigration card. (in physical form) and comply with the conditions of the aforementioned diligence.

Interested parties will be able to find out about the conditions and description of the assets in the auction notice that will be published on November 16, 17 and 18 in the official newspaper El Peruano, in print and digitally or by visiting the SAT website.

It should be noted that the executed or debtor owners of the assets may not participate as bidders.

Likewise, the SAT of Lima has scheduled the auction of 25 real estate properties for Friday, November 29, which will also take place in person at Jr. Camaná N° 370 Edif B 2nd FLOOR, Cercado de Lima, starting from 9:00 am.
